Were you aware there is a new Agency law that will take effect on October 1st? That right, the Buyer Agency and Open House disclosure has been changed. Thankfully that grey area we called Presumed Buyers Agent is going away. Many Buyers did not want to sign a committment to work with just one Agent because there were so many other Agents that will work with them as a "Presumed Buyer's Agent." As I was getting ready to go into the office one morning, a paid program came on about an anti-aging skin care product. What caught my attention was the Real Estate Agent that said she feels that she needs to look younger to compete with the younger new Agents, therefore she is using this product and feels GREAT! Really!!
Well I don't know about anyone else but I don't feel I need to LOOK YOUNGER in order to compete with newer and younger Realtors. Granted I know I don't look my age (over 40), however I find myself always trying … (137 comments)
