I started using Activerain to help generate more leads and to establish credibility in my marketplace. At first, I was nervous about writing but then I quickly got the hang of it and really enjoyed blogging. Then what do you know I start getting more leads and I'm super busy and don't have as much time on my hands!
Well it's time I come back and get on a regular scheduling with my blogging on Active rain. From today on, I commit to submitting a blog post at least once per week.

I was reading an article about a new service available in Michigan where Buyers are able to gain access to view homes without the use of an Agent. My thoughts as I was reading the article were hmmmmm. My client called me asking for my advice about loan recasting. I have to admit, I was not familiar with the term so I did a little research to educate myself on what loan recasting is all about. So this is what I came up with:
