I'm looking at two recent sales in our Multiple Listing Service here on Maui and thinking we really do have it all...even when it comes to real estate. Check out these two tales of moneymaking investments. On the low end we have Kalama Villa 103 - a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with 640 sq. ft. of living area.
