Prices in South Maui are inching down at the moment, and some of the prices have dropped from just a few days ago when I made my picks for the lists. I'm looking at two recent sales in our Multiple Listing Service here on Maui and thinking we really do have it all...even when it comes to real estate. Check out these two tales of moneymaking investments. On the low end we have Kalama Villa 103 - a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with 640 sq. ft. of living area.
