lewisville: City of Lewisville Moves To Once-A-Week Recycling - 03/24/11 04:30 PM

A friend of mine posted on Facebook that it's the little things that make her happy.
This time, it's that the city of Lewisville is moving to once-a-week recycling instead of every two weeks.  Starting the week of April 4, you can start putting your recycling bin by the curb with your regular trash.  You are still bound by the list of acceptable items but now you can start getting more aggressive with your glass and aluminum!

The real estate market here, as well as the entire Dallas area, was at a stand still for seven out of 10 days.  This is quite a change of pace for those of us living in a place that averages temperatures between 41-61 in the month of February.  
With the phones dead and everyone huddled by the fire, it got me thinking about the weather and the role that weather plays in buying and selling houses.  I think there are always buyers looking and obviously sellers who want to sell, no matter what the weather!
