The month before the TILA and RESPA lender changes. I was in constant motion with showings and buyer requests. Now Oct. 20, 2015 I get a text from an agent wanting to show one of my listings. She also asked so how has it been for your listings many requests for showings? then she added it has been slow for her. I admit prices are dropping, which usually happens before the Holidays only the die hard sellers stick it out for showings during Thanksgiving to Christmas.
