Zillow stocks are dropping, seems the recent lawsuit with Move.com, costs are more than expected and Zillows response? Cull the herd! Spencer Rascoff CEO his logic raise agent fees, this way only the "Best Agents" will dominate the market place. No the richest ones will be there but for how long? Till they do the math for the ROI?

I started advertising with Zillow six years ago. It was pricey then but well worth the dollars. In 2012 I went big and spent over $14,000 to gain a prime spots in two major zip codes. I expected a lot more in sales but that wasn't how it played out. I was getting at that time 1/8 or every eight times my pic and info would show up. Last year I had the same sales total as the year I spent $14k but I cut back to only spending $4,900. And that was cut back to 11,000 views (who counts this??) … (0 comments)

OK for all you whining about how much you have to pay to advertise on these mega listing websites, here's your chance to stop giving away information from your MLS that you PAY for, and Zillow etc get for FREE!!! Yes I said FREE! Here in Riverside County CRMLS, we check a little box at the end of the listing form that says if you do not want VOW, submit with sellers signature, otherwise we send it everywhere.
