listings: A dormant listing gains sudden popularity!

It's official! Spring for real estate in Elkhart, Indiana has arrived. (Just never mind the snow / rain / sleet mix we experienced this afternoon.) I took a listing from a FSBO (For Sale By Owner) last October. It has had a few showings here and there with little or no interest from the prospective buyers. We dropped the price a couple times, and now because of the declining market we actually have it listed for less than what the sellers paid to purchase it.
