There are so many photos taken of the San Francisco skyline and all the historic and modern sights. I’m not so sure I could be one to live in San Francisco but I sure do like looking at the place. The diversity, culture, and residences are a special place to see.

That just can’t be done.
It doesn’t make sense to try.
Other have tried to do it and failed.
Too often we let thoughts of defeat rule our mind when trying our best may prove to be successful. Sometimes we can try small feats and build on that success.

Not all cats can do this, but I have a cat that can catch bats. When I saw the first catch, I just thought it was a fluke. But then I watched him one night and saw that he had a way of catching them regularly. He is a pretty smart cat, but we concerned that the bats may be carrying disease that will harm the cat. The vet wasn’t too concerned; we try to get him in the house when he is in a stalking mode.

Do I need to get a building permit to do this?
 
It is important that your home improvement project be done properly, with building permits. Building permits allow the inspection of the work being done by the contractor, and provide a level of comfort to the property owner, that things are being done correctly.
 
This is going to depend on: Where the improvement is located and What is being done.

I looked at water intrusion at properties in four different counties today – Sacramento County, Placer County, Yolo County and El Dorado County. It wasn’t planned that way, it just all happened at one. It could be that the rains caused leaking in the buildings all at once.
While driving from West Sacramento into Sacramento, I came to a stop in front of one of my favorite buildings in downtown Sacramento. Its unique shape and the way the building reflects the clouds today, made me want to take a picture. Hope you like it too.

In order to produce a quality product, a contractor has to be able to use quality materials. Of course the improvement may dictate the final choices in the materials used, but care needs to be taken in selecting the goods. Straight boards is something we can all relate to; imagine using wood that was curved and twisted. The end product will probably be less than satisfactory.

Make the right choice.
