Sometimes the answer to a problem seems pretty simple at first, but it may not be the right choice. Unfortunately, we sometimes find out too late.
I got a call to look at some water issues at a home in Sacramento, there seems to be a couple of sources of the water intrusion. This one caught my attention for a few reasons. I had an opportunity to look at an apartment renovation project at an apartment community in Downtown Sacramento. The new owners, and property management, have some pretty good ideas for the renovation of a special apartment community.
 
 
While looking around the property I notice a structure that I had not seen before. It’s not your standard water tower, but that’s what it is.

I looked at water intrusion at properties in four different counties today – Sacramento County, Placer County, Yolo County and El Dorado County. It wasn’t planned that way, it just all happened at one. It could be that the rains caused leaking in the buildings all at once.
While driving from West Sacramento into Sacramento, I came to a stop in front of one of my favorite buildings in downtown Sacramento. Its unique shape and the way the building reflects the clouds today, made me want to take a picture. Hope you like it too.

Everybody loves a Parade, so do we in Placerville, Ca.
We get especially excited when it’s a Christmas Parade. This year’s big parade will be on December 4th 2011 and will take place “rain or shine”. Local merchants will be available on Main Street to help you with the holiday shopping.
