Do You Trust Your El Dorado County Contractor?

As a contractor in El Dorado County, I have been fortunate enough to be called to repair dry rot and water damage in many of the apartment communities in the county. Roofs leaking from rains in the winter can seem like a regular event in the foothills of the Sierra Mountains.

How many Sacramento General Contractors can you say that about? I hope that you have at least one that you can trust. Someone that will do the job right, charge a fair price, and you feel safe with him in your home. Finding a contractor that you trust can change the whole project for you.

I work in many different apartment communities in Sacramento and Placer County. While I am a general contractor, my primary focus is on water related damages; dry rot, plumbing leaks, cracked drains and similar moisture problems. These sorts of moisture issues sometimes are not the reason for me being in the unit in the first place.

One of my employees sent me a picture of a broken window at an apartment community, the text said “I didn’t do it!” I was puzzled, so I called him to find out more about the window. When I called he said that he just wanted to show that the window was broken before the rotten wood around the window was replaced. He didn’t want anyone to say that we broke the window.

One of the biggest hurdles that general contractors have to get past is the trust factor.
Are we who we say we are? Will we do what we say we will do?
Can we achieve what we say we can achieve?
