The average Southlake, TX home sold for $609,108, a 7% decrease over last year, and took 127 days to sell. The lowest price home sold in Southlake, TX during October 2010 was a singlewide mobile home on .32 acres and sold for $42,000. The most expensive home sold was a new construction home with 8500 sqft, in The Enclave, and sold for $2,178,750.

Pending Home Sales Up Sharply Pending home sales activity surged as buyers took advantage of low home prices and affordable interest rates, according to the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. The Pending Home Sales Index, a forward-looking indicator based on contracts signed in August, jumped 7.4 percent to 93.4 from an upwardly revised reading of 87.0 in July, and is 8.8 percent higher than August 2007 when it stood at 85.8.
