I've been getting a lot of calls and emails lately from people hoping to become real estate investors. I will address the most common questions that I have received here: Q- Is this a good time to purchase investment property? A- Yes! Due to current market conditions, the time to become a real estate investor is ripe. There are many low-cost properties in prime rental areas at this point in time, some needing minimal fix-up to turn into great, profitable rentals.
