I am so excited I can't stand it! Yes, I'm a "techy geek" and I just love being on the cutting edge. Two weeks ago I attended the CRS 206 Technology Course and I just had to have the Flip Video. Our instructor, Mike Selvaggio, did a quick demo and it was love at first sight!! The Flip Video seems incredibly simple and easy to use and takes up to 60 minutes of videos. In the past I've blogged on several occassions about my Cool Mobile office and the benefits of having one. One of my first blogs was entitled Tech Savvy Agents Have an Advantage in the New World Of Real Estate. And they do! A new tool may become popular to those looking for house values on line. The National Association of Home Builders Housing Economics Department has created a house price estimator based on data from the American Housing Survey. The AHS is a nationally representative survey of about 60,000 housing units conducted by the US Census Bureau in odd-numbered years. In the age of high tech gadgets I truly believe that Tablet PCs are the next wave in real estate transactions!! So long fax machine I now have the power to download contracts, email them, and have them signed "Johnny on the Spot!!" How did I ever live without the power of my Tablet PC. Once you try it you will never revert to your old style of handling business. And the best part, clients are really impressed that you've done away with the paper trail. Now you have an e-trail.
