When I started real estate 30 years ago, I looked for a mentor (productivity coach) that had what I wanted. Things like a fancy car, big house, several income properties and a steady stream of business coming into the office. But what I didn't know was I wanted someone to do it for me and of course happiness. A lifestyle that would be balanced in ALL areas of my life. Lesson learned. You must give away what you have been so freely given by mentoring, training, service and community involvement.
The goal is to free up 80% of the agents time for education, team building, networking, retirement plans and strategizing to stay competitive. To allow the agent to build passive income stream, work 40 hours LESS and be in control of their personal lives. Paid vacations, retirement and saving plans are our first topic of discussion when coaching an agent, another lesson learned. : )
