Tell everyone you know and those you don't know, that the tax credit has been extended and expanded!Not only can first time homebuyers purchase, now existing homeowners can purchase a home too and receive cash from the government for doing so. We are coming to the end of the first time buyer tax rebate. Now is the time, if you haven't owned a primary residence in the past three years, that you get on board and get your tax rebate before it's gone! There's talk of an extension but is it worth the risk that it MIGHT be passed to miss out on the opportunity to get $8000?? I think not! If your credit score is 620 or above, call your lender of choice today and get qualified and call me, we'll find your new home. … (3 comments)
