I noticed this morning that I have posted over 100 blogs on ActiveRain. Since readership of my blog has been steadily increasing I thought I would post a list of my favorite blogs for those new subscribers who may have missed them the first time around. I picked the ones that I thought have the most useful real estate information that will benefit not just buyers and sellers but also other Realtors. A couple of weeks ago I reached the top 2 spot on ActiveRain for all of Nebraska. It took a lot of time and effort to reach this point. Here's a rundown of what it takes to get to the top. Mostly it took a lot of time. It takes time to write useful and meaningful blogs, respond to other member's questions, and update my profile. Not far behind time is knowledge.
