After starting the business in his garage fifteen years ago, Van Deeb sold Deeb Realty on Friday, January 23, 2009. The new owner is Andy Alloway whose tenure with the company began in 2000. He worked in administration and most recently as the general manager. Based on his own experience in starting the company out of his garage, Deeb is a big proponent of starting something from nothing.
