This is not a joke, exaggeration, hidden fees or needing tons of money. Interest rates are at an all time low. While the news media is blasting to the world about shootings, murders and osamas death, interest rates are what they are not talking about. We have seen more and more HUD Owned properties in Mandeville and St. Tammany. After Hurricane Katrina we seen a huge increase of home buyers, but very few of those buyers recieved FHA loans. Many people are not aware that HUD homes are FHA Foreclosures. Even though there we so few FHA loans the HUD Foreclosres in St. Tammany remain low.
