Holiday FL Home Sales -July 2015
Holiday, FL is located on the West Coast of Florida and has subdivisions on the Gulf of Mexico. And interior subdivisions in the eastern part of the town. Holiday, Florida was originally called Buena Vista (because of a mobile home park of the same name), and was changed years back to attract more tourists.
This is Pasco County and Holiday is the red square on the bottom left of Pasco County at the Pinellas County line.

We Had A Little Rain In Holiday FL
We have had rain for the last week and a half. Not just a shower or two. We have had RAIN. My area has gotten over 6 inches in the last few days. Not too bad, no flooding.
But Holiday, FL just a few miles from us, has received over 13". Lots of flooding and many people moved out of their homes because they had no power, no sewage, nothing. The news showed the streets in that area: people were swimming, children were splashing, kayaks and small John boats were floating around taking their owners … (13 comments)

Condo and Villa Sales West Pasco June 2015 Condos in the areas of New Port Richey (34652, 34653, 34654, 34655); Port Richey (34688); Hudson(34667, 34669) and Holiday (34690, 34691) are selling at a slightly slower rate than single-family homes but the inventory is low so it’s difficult to find the one you want. Each Condo and Villa Complex has it's own rules and regulations. Some are for every age, others are for the 55+ group only. Some are gated; most are not. There are golf courses attached to several.

The Holiday, FL Home Sales Report in 2013 shows a reasonable amount of solds for the year. Holiday, FL was deeply affected by the foreclosure and short sale debacle of the last several years and is now recovering nicely.

We went to Ms. Vicki’s on The River in Holiday, FL, last week. It is a wonderful place to enjoy the view and the outdoor dining. And the November music schedule is up.
I managed to capture these guys while I was waiting for Craig to check out the situation. As I looked away for a second, 3 pelicans became 4 pelicans: I didn't even hear a splash. I was hoping for a 5th and 6th but it wasn’t happening that day.

What’s in Gulf Trace? Homes there are 1,600 to 3,000 sf approximately and have open floor plans with 2 car garages attached. Having 2-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms, the non-age restricted community does have an elementary school nearby. HOA fees are only $34/mo.

This is a free event, just bring your blankets and chairs and picnic stuff, and watch Here Comes the Boom on June 7, at 8:30 pm. Located at 1119 Baillies Bluff Road at Anclote River Park in Holiday, FL.
