Kumquat Festival In Dade City is back again. Dade City is on the eastern side of Pasco County. The Festival is always the last Saturday of January; the festival runs from 9 am to 5 pm in downtown Dade City. You can reach Dade City by heading east of SR 52. The Annual Kumquat Festival is held in Dade City, FL. and is presented by the Greater Dade City Chamber of Commerce. Dade City is on the eastern side of Pasco County.
