Do you like doing market reports? Why do we do market reports? We do them to inform our clients, the people in our community, and to keep ourselves on top of what's happening in our markets.
Why do we need to know that; why do we need the latest information? I don't know why you all do it but for me: It gives me confidence when someone asks "how's the market doing?"
