Condo and Villa Sales West Pasco June 2015 Condos in the areas of New Port Richey (34652, 34653, 34654, 34655); Port Richey (34688); Hudson(34667, 34669) and Holiday (34690, 34691) are selling at a slightly slower rate than single-family homes but the inventory is low so it’s difficult to find the one you want. Our office Holiday celebration at held at Mystic Fish Restaurant in Palm Harbor, FL last week. It was fun and the food was wonderful. Everyone who came enjoyed chatting with their fellow agents and meeting their spouses and/or significant others. Sometimes we don't see each other for weeks so it was nice to get together. During a visit to Lowe’s yesterday for some storm-related items (just in case- batteries, extra paper towels, rope to tie a young tree down). Of course (me, being me) , I had to go look in the flower and plant department and lookie what I found.
