Home Inventory Levels Up for 5th Straight Month Our mid month report shows inventory in the region increased again but only by a fraction. Still the choices for buyers are more numerous than they have been since April of last year and there are some tremendous homes out there looking for new owners. The trend remains in favor of buyers as we see more and more price reductions out on the street.
