I have seen more horns in home decor lately, am I'm not just talking about Texas homes. All kinds of homes, on the East and West Coast. There seems to be a trend in horn decor. I don't mean the kind with the whole head attached as in a trophy. Just the horns. I've seen them in the stores to be used as decor pieces, some made out of real horns some not. I've had my java and I'm off to do an "Accessory Only" staging on this 4,000sf house. That's a lot of house, with huge walls, and ceilings. The entire house will be done. That's also a lot of accessories! I'm anxious to see the end result. It's vacant right now, but not for long. I will post the before's and after's when I'm done. This large River Oaks contemporary home still lacked color, and usefulness for rooms. We were able to rearrange some of the existing furniture, and bring in new furniture and accessories to give this home a a purpose. We divided large rooms into different areas, with separate groupings. The Realtor said people didn't know what to do with the space. This property was unoccupied, and it had been on the market for almost a year, so they decided to try staging.
