Not much happens in Corrallitos but we have just enough... We have one stop sign, one market, and four fantastic wineries. The Corralitos Market is famous for their apple wood smoked sausages... I believe they make 25 different kinds. The cheezy bavarian is one of my favorites and the andouille comes in a close second. During the weekends a constant flow of people are in and out of the store all day long. Many groups of travellers converge in our small town center for lunch.
