On more than one occasion in the last two weeks I have had conversations with sellers and other Realtors in Santa Cruz. The perception during these discussions is that nothing is selling over $1,000,000. Oh what a pessimista view... By nature I do tend to be an ottomista but I will back up my view of Santa Cruz Real Estate with facts.
Another favorite where our dogs can run free is the beach next to the harbor in Moss Landing. Follow the main road into Moss Landing and veer right. You will pass by Phils Fish Market (the best food) and many large fishing boats. Park at the end of the road and head right to the beach. The only thing that can get a little un-nerving is the sound of the fog horn which comes on at regular intervals. … (4 comments)
