  As of October 25, 2011, 288 houses and 84 condos sold , houses for 98% of their asking price and condos 99%!  Houses in Whitehills took an average 42 days to sell followed by condos at 44 days.
  Houses in this popular London neighbourhood sold at an average of $252,630 and condos at $155,896 which shows that this neighbourhood remains very price competitive.

   Home sales in London Ontario overall in September 2011 were up 19.2% over the previous year, with 589 detached homes and 113 condos exchanging hands.
    As of September 30, 2011 , year-to-date sales are down only a very modest 0.8% compared to this time last year.
  Listings were also up 7.7% in September, and year-to-date listings are up 9% over last year.
  The average sale price for a detached home year-to-date now stands at $244,307, 5.3% up from January 2011, while the average price for a condo was $182,758, down 3.4% up from January 2011.

    55 houses sold at an average price of $256,019 and 16 condos at an average $205,853. On average it took 49 days for a home to sell and they sold for 98.5% of asking price which shows the London Real Estate market is stable, especially this newer community .
