I have heard a rumor that is too good not to share. I'm working on confirming it and will post an update as soon as I do. A very popular and scarce Sandwich, Soup and Shake place is going to be opening up at Bella Bottega Shopping Center in downtown Redmond in the next few weeks. People from Chicago will know which one I am talking about. If this is true, then watch out LUNCH TIME will never been the same.
