maryland: A nice resource for Maryland Investors

I have posted on the flipping homes forum for quite a while now and have bought some of Steve Cooks products, and there hasn't been a more intuitive, straight to the point, and ethical course in real estate investments elsewhere. The best part is that he's local, and lives in Reisterstown, MD, so any legal advice should be a nice resource for Maryland investors.
