Typically when someone is ready to sell their home they contact a real estate agent to guide them through the process and market their home. The biggest part of it for them is they want someone looking after their best interests. As a home buyer wouldn't you want the same? Especially if you are a first time buyer, there are so many things about the process that you are not aware of or do not have access to the way a Realtor does.
