If walls could talk and Realtors could complain what would you expect to hear now. I imagine it would be the endless days and hours of showing properties to buyer's that are always being out bidded on homes. Perhaps it would be the Chinese drywall issues, the city's tax assessments, the new utility expansions that were suppose to be haulted. The banks and Realtors are always sending emails to buyers calling out for higher and best offers on REO's and now Short Sales. Realtors are not all created equal and some are (0 comments)

Why buy a foreclosed home or a short sale property in Cape Coral, Florida? Foreclosed property and short sales are by far the best options for securing a great investment property. The values here are slightly on the rise due to the competive investors outbidding each other on these home. Short Sales get a bad rap sometimes but our office is very successful at selling and listing those type of properties. All i have to say Brrrrr it was cold here. Last week i returned from Costa Rica where the waters were warm and the breezes were perfect. The real estate market has taken a small hit there but not nearly as bad as here in the states. I met a few Canadians who were thinkng of investing here in Florida and in Costa Rica. My Canadian freinds were so funny especially Gisselle and Cosmo who spent the day with me on dirt paths that had 4inch deep potholes. I love Costa Rica and will eventually have a place to live their (2 comments)

THE LATEST MARKET NEWS:The number of closed sales is continuing to climb and the best deals are continuing the trend of disappearing at an ever increasingly faster pace (particularly newer homes). cape coral foreclosures: CHANGE COMES THROUGH ONE PROACTIVE APPROACH AT A TIME
- 11/21/08 12:58 AM
Aren't you tired of hearing "How Bad The Market Is?" One of the most pointless exercises in futility is recaping the glory days of when a house was worth a gazillion dollars. It is almost as bad as listening to Grandpa tell you how he walked five miles to school with no shoes in the snow, and a gallon of gas was seventeen cents. ARE YOU MEASURING TIME OR MEASURING ABILITY? The market is... what it is. Retroactive remininscing does little to promote a successful sale today. Knowing what the house was worth...when grandpa was in diapers won't get it sold (0 comments)
cape coral foreclosures: Cape Coral's Buyer Frenzy!
- 11/20/08 01:00 PM
Three days of discovery in Cape Coral's unusually busy market. I met more realtors at the doors of properties than i did at our annual "Realtor" luncheon. Okay I am pushing it a bit but the action was hot here in the past few days. Multiple offers thrown on the table above the asking price and not just by a few thousand dollars. I was very surprised to see this so often and I fought hard for my buyer. Luckily i took a shot on an overpriced shortsale and got an unexpected tinative acceptance. Wow, I am exhausted from just writing up (0 comments)
cape coral foreclosures: Today was a good day in real estate!
- 11/20/08 12:37 PM
Out of all the months that i have worked on Short Sales, Today was a good day. I submitted an offer and got information back to me within three hours. I could not beleive it! Perhaps something greater than ourselves is finally at work here regarding moving these short sale contracts to avoid foreclosures. All I know is that I am counting my blessing today. Cape Coral has alot to offer in homes that are available through diplacement. I hope thisprocess of negotiating is a trend but if not, well I had a great day! (1 comments)
Written by Kathryn Blackman-Realtor Cape Coral Real Estate Prices are raising again According to "Trulia Market Trends Report" and our local MLS data. Foreclosures are at an all time low topping out at 1833 just last week in the Cape Coral and Ft. Myers area alone. This is not good news for those of you still waiting to buy...Believe me if i had the money , I would be buying right now especially now that our seller's are becoming reasonable and comparing their prices to foreclosure homes.
