Three Things happen to cause a home not to sell. If it is in good condition but located poorly it won't sell. If it is located well and priced poorly it won't sell. If it is located poorly and condition is poor and priced poorly it won't sell forever. What I am saying here is True in the High Desert as it is true everywhere. Of these concerns what can you change? Location is what it is.
