In the mouth of the Columbia Gorge twenty minutes east of Troutdale, Oregon, resides the second highest year round waterfall in the nation. The Multnomah Falls falls 620 feet from its origin on Larch Mountain. here is a photo that I took when I was there in December. It was very cold out, but the falls were not frozen.
