Spring has sprung here at Cascadia Village in Sandy, Oregon. This great neighborhood was built by Buena Vista Homes. There are sidewalks, parks, underground utilities and undulating hills that give this neighborhood its character. Sandy, Oregon is a rural city located about 25 minutes from downtown Portland and 20 minutes from Mt. Hood ski and wilderness areas. You will still see tractors on the road as well as BMW's.
