It's currently 52 degrees. Last week we were in the high 70's and even hit 80 one day. It's been this way for weeks. Here's the Dallas area graph from NOAA -- up, down, up, down, etc. You get the picture.
It got me thinking -- what is this doing to my HVAC system if I'm constantly turning the thermostat up, down or off every day or so?
