As most of you have probably seen, my activity here on ActiveRain for the last few weeks has been minimal.
On September 30th I was admitted to Middlesex Hospital in Middletown CT for a total right hip replacement....

 
Followed by rehab at a nursing home.  The first day I was in the nursing home I inquired as to how long one stays for rehab when it comes to a total hip replacement.  I was informed that it all depends and there are many factors (which makes sense, age, cause of replacement, etc).  For a total hip the least amount of time that is … (26 comments)

middlesex country realtor: CHANGE OF SEASONS in Cromwell CT.... - 01/09/10 10:51 AM
There are a lot of people that like the change of seasons, but don't enjoy snow.  It seems this year Cromwell, Connecticut isn't getting that much.... again.  Yesterday, Friday, we had a snow fall and as you can see it wasn't much... *maybe* an inch.

... most were happy with this.. I wasn't.  It wasn't even an inch of snow.  Whatever happened to the days when we used to get snow before Thanksgiving... and always had a white Christmas?
Looks like I should be moving further north.. say to New Hampshire, right Steve Loynd?
