As of late I've been going in many different circles, with a lot on my mind. Last week I had surgery again on my left knee, and have been preoccupied with that. Never the less, during the night I wake up with so much on my mind... then I came across this quote (unknown author) and thought I would share it with others who might be tossing and turning too.

This past week, I've been finding it difficult to get motivated.. This RAIN is getting me down, and I'm sure it is doing the same to others as well. While doing some reading this morning, I came across this quote and thought I'd share it, in opens of getting us out of the rainy doldrums.

As most of us do, we get caught up in our daily lives. Before you know it a week or two has gone by since you have seen or talked with a particular friend. Today I made a point of going back to Brookfield CT and and getting reacquainted with people I hadn't seen in a while. It felt good to go home.
