We just lowered our rates which start at 5.25% for our Nationwide Investor Residential Rental Loan Program. The residential rental program is avaiable for the interim and the long term. Equity Cap Lending offers two chocies for the Nationwide Investor Residential Interim Rental Loan Program this program offers a Three (3) Year Interest Only then it is amortized for twenty seven year (27) years or we have a Five (5) Year Interest Only then it is amortized for twenty five (25) years.
