recently I have been trying to figure out why the VA Loan is such a tough sale. After-all it is 100% financing and BAH is already being received. As long as a military member retains employment their Mortgage is going to be paid on money that was 100% leveraged. BAH stands for " Basic Housing Allowance" and it is monies that is given to service members towards housing expense.
