I really Love to market. I mean I really Love it. Nobody tells you where to go, when to go or how to do it. Creating energy is always a wonderful feeling. There is no gadget, gizmo or smart phone that can make up the for the feeling of the " human connection." In addition there is no feeling like looking into someones eyes and thanking them for all they do for our country. The feeling is so good I am an addict and addicted to a habit i'll never quit.

aloha, When I relocated to Hawaii from Chicago in 2006, i was surprised to find out how many veterans were not aware of their benefits. Even more surprising was the lack of knowledge about the Va Loan from the Mortgage professionals. I made it my personal mission to try to educate as many VA clients as possible and Real Estate Professionals a like. I now conduct a a Free Va seminar. Its My personal mission that our Military personnel receive as much education as possible. For some reason they do not receive this information in any Military briefing. Aloha, If you are planning to purchase using your VA Loan please be aware that you have to intend to owner occupy you dwelling. Here are some Common questions about this topic. 1. Q. You are about to deploy and you would like to purchase. A. Not a problem. As long as Hawaii will be your duty station for the next 12 months.
