With all of the bad press that the real estate markets are getting, did you know that there is a silver lining to it all? That silver lining is in areas where you used to not be able to buy a home for less than $100,000 you can now buy a home for less than $70,000! If you're willing to go a bit higher, there are several homes that you might be interested in. True, it's a bit tougher to qualify for the mortgage, but as long as you have decent credit and a bit of money to work with, I (6 comments)
