After the RESA Conference was finished, my gal pal and fellow Edmonton Home Stager, Peg Barcelo-Jackson and I rented a car and drove to Sonoma for a whirlwind one-night stay. Visit Stratford, Ontario What did I do for my summer vacation? I used to dread the first day back at school, when the teacher would ask us to write a short essay on what we did for our summer vacation. How times have changed. The best place to find colours that work together and inspire is in nature. A recent visit to the Vancouver Aquarium opened my eyes to a whole new world of colour combinations. Before & After Photos - Home Staging Vancouver, B.C. My company, Exit Stage Right, had the pleasure of staging this condo for sale in the Cambie area of Vancouver. This property was an absolute delight to stage. The building is only three years old, and it has a lovely view of downtown Vancouver and the mountains to the North. The finishes are high end, and there are many professionals in this building, including many in the medical profession, due to its proximity to Vancouver General Hospital. Paris Haute Couture Meets Vancouver Home Staging When I was in Paris recently... one of my favourite past times was keeping a keen eye out for the latest in clothing fashion. That Which We Call A Rose-Vancouver Home Staging When I was in Paris (oops, there I go again!), I would walk down from our hotel to the local cafe for my daily cafe au lait and croissant. Steve Jobs - You Made Me Love Computers - Thank You! I was saddened to read of Steve Job's passing. Ironically, I first heard this sad news when I went to pick up my newspaper from the front door. The Vancouver Sun newspaper had a wonderful article about this great man. That said, I did love reading President Obama's comment: "And there may be no greater tribute to Steve's success than the fact that much of the world learned of his passing on a device he invented".
