While pondering the upcoming election and the mass media influx of bad news, we thought it would be nice to celebrate the following: LOWER GAS PRICES!! And creating a greater emphasis on reducing our oil dependency & going GREEN! BEAUTIFUL Fall foliage -This year's fall decidous trees are spectacular! Realtors/Brokers: Does it bug you when an inspector isn't licensed to provide a pest & dryrot report? There are many home inspectors who do inspections but aren't licensed to do a structural pest inspection. When it comes to getting a pest and dryrot (wood destroying organism) report, the inspector can't deliver because he or she isn't properly licensed. This is often the case when you hire an out of state home inspector to do an inspection in Washington State.
