There are SOOOOO many costs involved with actually purchasing a home that it sometimes tend to be quite disturbing. Closing costs alone can cost a buyer up to 6% of the purchase price of the home! Not to mention earnest money deposits, home inspection fees, appraisal fees, etc....it could become quite nauseating.
 
HOWEVER......
 
There's rest for the weary....hope for the hopeless....a rainbow at the end of the storm!!! USDA Rural Development has a loan product that provides 100% financing to its buyers!!!
