Seven of the eight Springfield homes I marketed in North Valley Estates in Springfield went under contract in January.
Price ranged from $110,000 to $149,000. These were only a few years old, but included stamped concrete driveways, open floor plans, more square footage, with a great location.
The highest priced one was a finished walkout basement, that recently had new carpet and paint added to it.

Effective for purchases on or after January 1, 2009 and before December 1, 2009, the state of Missouri is offering first time home buyers assistance to purchase their first home.

I love working with first time home buyers selling Springfield Mo real estate.
For those of you that have worked with first time home buyers and now are unable to find 100% financing for homes in rural areas, I have a great lender that can still work with these clients.
Working with first time home buyers has been easy over the past few years. Now, with the banking industry tighening up on these groups, finding financing is difficult. Many will now have to save to put money down of their own, or have a co-signer with money down.
