The number of sales for March 2020 in Missouri are down, while the average sales prices are rising.  In Springfield, 2930 sales have occuried,with an average sales price of $181,484.  Total volume of sales is $492,024,835.

1 member has died; 7 members are missing;  20 members have lost their homes;  2 association staff members have lost their homes; 2 REALTOR® offices have been condemned, and emergency officials will not let anyone into those offices to collect or salvage their belongings.  The stress of moving is sometimes overwhelming to some clients and the realtors.  Without teamwork, a simple transaction becomes a struggle between all parties involved.
