Nixa Mo Market Report September 2011 The market sales for Nixa Missouri this year has had a major change. Compared to 2010, the sales for 2011 have decreased by 66 sales.
This is a huge change. For sellers, homes between $100,000 - $200,000 in 2010 were much happier than sellers in the same price range for 2011.
Once again, this change could be, in part, a decrease due to no government assistance or rebates this year as compared to 2010.
Higher priced homes have also taken a hit. In 2011, there have been no sales over $500,000.

One of my favorite stores in Ozark is Heather Hills Farms. Being a cheese lover, I can walk in and check out all the different cheeses and take home wonderful fresh cheese. They even have low fat and low sodium cheese.
Occasionally there is live entertainment and wine tasting events.

This weekend is the annual 2011 Springfield MS Bike Run. The 2 day event starts in Clever Missouri and ends up in Clever Missouri......isn't that clever! The tornado in Joplin Missouri has changed the route. Normally, the run ends up in Joplin the first day and back to Clever the second day. Looking at the homes that have sold by price, homes below $100,000 are still selling, while many of the higher priced homes remain on the market.
1684 homes are currently on the market, 1625 of them under $500,000.

Deer Season In Missouri Starting In September Missouri is a state that has an abundance of deer and this month begins deer season.
Early this morning my hubby and I was finishing breakfast, when outside I noticed two small fawns jumping and playfully scampering around in our back yard. Before I could grab the camera, they had disappeared. I thought that Mama Deer was probably close by.
