2011 December Blogging Challenge | Continuing Education | Day 26 2012 is the year we must renew our Real Estate License in Missouri....every even numbered year.
We have to have 3 core credits and 9 electives. This means I have 4 classes to finish before June 30.
After spending the morning at the office, putting a new listing on MLS, I came home and spent the afternoon working on my continuing education. I'm also getting my SFR designation and worked on that as well.

Christmas Lights of Ozark | December's Season of Celebration and Sharing
For years, we've participated in the Christmas Lights of Ozark. My hubby would spend several months putting up Christmas lights at the Finley River Park when the Ozark Chamber of Commerce sponsored the lights. And many of us would volunteer to work nights collecting donations.
Our turn to work is now over and the younger group of Ozark business people now donate their time.
There's still time to view the lights until New Year's Eve. Donations are acceptable and go to improve the lights the following year.

2011 December Blogging Challenge Oh Deer | Day 25 Christmas dinner is over and all the children are gone. The girls spent the afternoon going through all the old photos and I'm sure we'll be seeing a few blackmail photos soon.
As my hubby and I were finishing cleaning the kitchen, the rest of the family stopped by for their treats.

Our community is located 6 miles south of Springfield Missouri off of Highway 65 in Christian County. Our home prices average $130,000, which makes home buying very reasonable. I love parades and this year we are fortunate to be able to attend several. Tomorrow is Springfield's annual Christmas parade in downtown Springfield Missouri. Part of December's season of celebrations & sharing.
The parade starts at Mt Vernon and South Avenue, then continues north on South Avenue to the Springfield Square, then back down to College Street east to Kimborough, then north (by the Shrine Mosque) to Memorial Plaza, east to the end in front of Jordan Valley Park.

Before lunch I started working distressed sellers that currently do not have their homes on the market. This research is tedious, but rewarding when we list their home and save them from foreclosure.
