Real Estate Market Report For May 2016 in Christian County Missouri
Christian County residential sales has definitely increased over the past year.  
With 165 residental sales in May, 2016, 250 homes still remained active on the market, with 175 pending sales.  The average days for marketing is down from 73 days in 2015 to 53 days in 2016.
The average sales price in 2016 for residentail sales was $180,079, down from 2015 at $181,414.
Cities in Christian County include Ozark, Nixa, Clever, Billings, Sparta, Highlandville & Spokane.  2016 should prove to be an outstanding year for Christian County Missouri.

Ozark Mo Homes For Sale Search - November 2013 Market Report
The market for Ozark Mo Homes For Sale and Ozark Mo real estate is continuing to recover.

33 residential sales occurred in 2013, while 40 Ozark Mo homes sold in 2012.  Some of the decline in the sale can be contributed to the Government shut down in October 2013.  
 
 
Many loans that were scheduled to close in November was postponed to December, some of them being USDA loans.
